Ironbark Honey has a rich amber colour and full-bodied flavour, with warm, slightly malty notes and a smooth lingering finish. Its robust flavour makes it just as good straight from the spoon as it is drizzled over toast, yoghurt, porridge or cheese.

Collected by bees foraging predominantly on flowering Ironbark eucalypts, it is carefully extracted to retain the natural flavour and character of the honey.
